Over the last couple of years, Raleigh city government has been in a bit of turmoil, from the election schedule being changed, to calls for a special election to unseat the current mayor prior to the end of her term. Dr. Ruth and I decided to keep things focused on his particular candidacy and what motivates him as a leader and nominee.
